Product Description
The coating of this product uses the latest type of silicone-modified polyester (SMP) coating, which is a double-coated, two-baked (2C2B) topcoat. It can be applied to hot-dip galvanized, aluminum-zinc coated, stainless steel, and magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel substrates. This coating contains silicon, thus exhibiting excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and its color does not easily fade even in areas with strong ultraviolet radiation.
Product Features
The higher the silicon content of this product, the better its weather resistance. However, its processability is relatively poor, making it more suitable for one-time processing and less suitable for multiple processing steps. But because its price is lower than PVDF coatings, while its overall performance is better than general PE coatings, this product is a very good choice in moderately polluted areas. Under normal use, its service life can reach 10 years.
