Painted steel sheets can use polyester coatings (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF), and silicone-reinforced polyester resin (SMP) coating systems, combined with different substrates, such as galvanized substrates, 55% aluminum-zinc coated substrates, stainless steel substrates, and magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated substrates, to achieve a product with dual corrosion resistance. Among them, polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF) can be combined with different film thicknesses according to customer needs and special requirements to meet the customer's specific and engineering requirements.
