Introduction to Kai Ching Continuous Baking Paint Production Line

Both of our continuous baking paint lines were designed and manufactured by POSCO E&C of South Korea, and use electrical control equipment from the world-renowned German manufacturer Siemens. The entire line is fully automated and computer-controlled. Each line is equipped with tension leveling equipment after baking paint, which allows the steel plates to achieve excellent flatness control.

1. CCL NO.1 was installed in August 2015. It is a three-coat, three-bake continuous baking paint line with a production speed of 80M/min and an annual capacity of 100,000 metric tons. It is equipped with high-end printing equipment and can produce high-end artistic printed paint products with special surfaces such as hairline, wood grain, and stone grain.
2. CCL NO.2 was installed in February 2016. It is a two-coat, two-bake continuous baking paint line with a production speed of 120M/min and an annual capacity of 150,000 metric tons.

Our production line is currently the most advanced, highest-end, and most competitive baking paint line in Taiwan. Our production capacity covers almost all baking paint product categories.
