Product Features
Hairline-textured printed steel sheets differ from traditional flat and monotonous painted products. They feature rich and varied textures and colors, combined with different transparent varnishes, using an ink printing process to create unique painted products that combine practicality, design aesthetics, and a three-dimensional effect. This product can use polyester coating (PE) and polyvinylidene fluoride resin (PVDF) coating systems, paired with different substrates, such as galvanized substrates, 55% aluminum-zinc coated substrates, stainless steel substrates, and magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated substrates, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

The products are suitable for use both inside and outside buildings, including interior partitions, pallets, tongue and groove panels, grilles, and other similar products.
