Product Features
Wood grain printed painted steel sheets differ from traditional flat and monotonous painted products. They feature rich and varied textures and colors, combined with different transparent varnishes, using an ink printing process to create a unique painted product that mimics wood grain textures, combining practicality, design, and a three-dimensional effect. This product uses a three-coat, three-bake production process, employing polyester coating (PE) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coating systems, and can be paired with different substrates, such as galvanized substrates, 55% aluminum-zinc coated substrates, stainless steel substrates, and magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated substrates, resulting in enhanced corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
