Product Description
Kai Ching aluminum plate baking paint uses 1000 series, 3000 series and 5000 series aluminum plate substrates, which can be matched with PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride resin coating.
PVDF paint on aluminum sheets is suitable for environments with severe corrosion, such as industrial plants in highly polluted environments, factory roofs or exterior walls in coastal areas, insulation projects, and general residences.
Aluminum sheet painting can be produced in sizes ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mm and from 914 to 1250 mm.

Product Functions
- Lightweight: Aluminum weighs about one-third of carbon steel, thus reducing the load-bearing capacity of building structures.
- Durable and long-lasting: The weather resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys are among their most significant advantages. A thin, dense oxide layer (Al2O3), or aluminum oxide protective film, naturally forms on the surface, and when combined with various coating systems, it produces products with even better weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
