Product Description
Kai Ching aluminum plate baking paint uses 1000 series, 3000 series and 5000 series aluminum plate substrates, which can be matched with PE polyester resin coatings.
Aluminum sheet PE polyester resin paint is suitable for ceilings, door panels, vehicle bodies, interior decoration, wall panels, building exterior walls, etc.
Aluminum sheet painting can be produced in sizes ranging from 0.5 to 2.0 mm and from 914 to 1250 mm.

- Lightweight: Aluminum weighs about one-third of carbon steel, so the load-bearing capacity of building structures can be reduced.
- Durable and long-lasting: The weather resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum alloys are among its most significant advantages. A thin, dense oxide layer (Al2O3), i.e., aluminum oxide protective film, naturally forms on the surface, and when combined with a PE polyester resin coating system, it has better corrosion resistance than ordinary products.
- The product can be designed with modules of different sizes or complex curved corner designs. In addition, the aluminum plate has excellent flatness and can be combined with other materials to create ultra-large and ultra-wide planes, such as large-size curtain wall panels, thus fully meeting the various special design needs of architects.
