Building materials coated steel coils, such as galvanized steel coils, 55% aluminum-zinc coated steel coils, and magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel coils, have strong corrosion resistance, but their surfaces have tiny capillaries, making them susceptible to the effects of corrosive media such as moisture and salt in the air.

To address this issue, we often apply a baking paint treatment to galvanized steel coils. Through processes such as baking and coating, a protective coating is formed, which isolates corrosive media and enhances corrosion resistance, processability, moisture resistance, weather resistance, and chemical resistance, thus extending the service life of building materials.
