Kai Ching Crystal Art Resin Painted Steel Products utilize a unique resin particle formula and a special polyester resin coating formulated with surface hardening technology. Through precise temperature control during baking, a three-dimensional mesh-like texture and fine, wrinkled lines are created on the surface, resulting in a diamond-like visual effect and exquisite texture. This product exhibits exceptional performance in bending, scratch resistance, and abrasion resistance. The Pencil Hardness Test (ASTM D3363) shows that the surface hardness of steel plates can reach up to 2H, while the hardness of ordinary smooth PE steel plates is only around F. The hardness of crystal steel plates is more than twice that of ordinary steel plates, so the steel plates are very difficult to scratch.

Although crystal-coated steel sheets have a very high surface hardness, the coating itself has excellent ductility, which fully combines the characteristics of scratch resistance, wear resistance and good ductility. Therefore, it is very suitable for more demanding bending processes or stamping processes that are easily scratched by molds.
